It simply collects the Want It Now data from the desired eBay web site,
then analyzes the posts finding how frequent certain word combinations
occur. Additionally, the total number of responses corresponding to the
word combinations are extracted.

More importantly, the number of occurrences and the number of responses
are used to determine the 'Yen Factor' of the word combination
revealing a possible product idea or niche area.

The Yen Factor is a quality factor that ranges from 0 to 10, where 0 is
not good and 10 is the best. This factor basically tells you if the
word combination is good or not so good from a marketing point of view.

Let me dig a little deeper ...

Say there are 26,000 posts in a certain Want It Now section. You could
imagine that certain word(s) will occur several times in 26,000 posts!
The idea is to find out what these words are!

From a marketing point of view, the more times a certain word
combination occurs the HIGHER the DEMAND. The fewer number of responses
for that certain word combination the LOWER the COMPETITION.

Therefore, the best word combinations are ones that have HIGH DEMAND
and LOW COMPETITION ... that's exactly what the Yen Factor illustrates.

Now, let's take a closer look using an example:

When I wrote this web page, in the 'Collectibles' Want It Now section
on the eBay web site there were 17,300 posts from hungry buyers
looking for stuff to buy.

Set the Controls...

1. Select the eBay web site.
2. Select the 'Collectibles' Want It Now section using the 'Browse'
button.
3. Click the 'Yenalyze' button to analyze all the posts entered by
eBay buyers.

Process Data...

AuctionYen automatically downloads the 17,300 posts, then determines
the 'Yen Factor' for all word combinations up to 5 words. In this
example, it took about 8 minutes to download and process the data.

Also, the total number of word combinations in each data grid that have
a 'Yen Factor' greater than 0 are summarized in the 'Quick Stats'
section.

Find Your Product or Niche Idea...

In this example, the 3rd entry in the 1 Word grid was 'yearbook'. This
word occurred 69 times in the 'Collectibles' section and only 2 eBay
sellers responded resulting in a high 'Yen Factor'.

Therefore, this could be a possible Niche idea to think about. Here are
some possibilities:
1. Collect old yearbooks from garage sales and sell them on eBay.
2. Put an ad in your local newspaper explaining that you sell people's
yearbooks on eBay and split the profits.
3. Start an online membership site where the members can upload
yearbook images to share with other members from their
school...yearbookpix

Also, if you click the 'yearbook' link in the words column, you will be
redirected to the Want It Now search results for the word 'yearbook'.

In this example, when the 'yearbook' link was clicked, there were 684
total entries for all Want It Now sections.

This means that a LOT of eBay buyers are VERY interested in buying old
yearbooks!

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
